2022 USSF Exhibition: Strict Curl

Competition brings out the best in us and what’s more fun then playing with around with a new movement! The United States Strengthlifting Federation and Barbell Logic would like to invite you to join your community in a Strict Curl exhibition.

From April 4th to April 10th, athletes from around the world will submit their best Strict Curl for bragging rights and a chance to win Trophies, Achievements, and Prizes!
